For many years employees of school experienced difficulties - all personnel documentation was kept in printed form, orders and reports were formed in any form which processing took away a lot of time. Process of search of necessary information was also complicated. Serious difficulties were observed in streamlining and data storage, receiving necessary output forms. It was impossible to control quickly the working life granting the right to additional benefits and additional payment for work: all calculations were made manually. There were also difficulties in control and an adherence to deadlines of certification of teachers, conducting military accounting, a design of armoring of persons liable for call-up, etc.

In conclusion

The PERSONNEL system completely automates payroll. Following features are provided:

• calculation of charges and deduction;
• report generation, updates current and storages of archive information on employees, full personnel records;
• functions for administration of a system are extremely simple.

Implementation resolves issues of accounting of the staff list, personal cards of personnel, orders, business trips, a talent pool, the sheet of working time. The program facilitated a labor activity of employees of personnel department, accelerated process of search of necessary information, arranged data storage and receiving necessary output forms.
