In August, 2012 the Microsoft company announced the beginning of the large-scale project of business process automationof Yota and creation of the uniform CRM platform based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011.
The new solution which will become replacement to own developments of Yota and to a pilot project of the CRM system based on Oracle Siebel CRM will allow the company to increase efficiency of interaction with users for all business lines (telecommunication services, a multimedia content, financial services). According to preliminary estimates Yota, the solution of Microsoft will provide reduction in cost of ownership of CRM tools twice.
Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is considered not only as the effective tool for management of relationship with users, but also as the single platform which will integrate and optimizes processes in already existing Yota business lines and will allow to consolidate them as with each other, and with absolutely new directions of business. Upon, Yota receives a system which will allow not just to solve the current business challenges, but also to provide a necessary backlog for further development.
It is expected that the solution will be brought into commercial operation already in an early autumn.
