Specialists of the company the First BIT (1C: Accounting and Trade) installed the 1C: Retail 8 program in pet-shop Young fox and connected a retail store equipment, the company reported on April 25, 2013.
Approach
The owner of business together with opening of new shop decided to automate key trade processes and purchased the software for trade management and an electronic equipment: fiscal registrar and scanner.
Project Objectives: obtaining transparent managerial data, operating control of arrival and leaving of goods and also control of work of personnel, receiving effective tool of the analysis of indicators.
Solution
The First BIT company acted as the partner in automation. Specialists of the contractor made installation of the 1C: Retail 8 system and the equipment, configured data exchange between them. The personnel were trained and received detailed user instructions. Two workplaces are automated.
Result
As a result of implementation of the software product work of personnel of shop service quality of buyers considerably became simpler, improved.
