Mototelecom Software, the Russian software developer for the IP telephony and a video conferencing, announced Mototelecom Call center system implementation together with CRM for the collection agencies of LuxBase company. As a result of integration of the product Mototelecom Call center with CRM LuxBase operators of the collection agency "YuSB-Volga Region Center" could increase quality, efficiency and speed of call-down of debtors. Mototelecom Call center makes autocall-down in the automatic mode. At the answer of the debtor a system displays the client's card with necessary information on debt and connects to the operator. In addition, the operator can always perform a call clicking of one button directly from a card of the debtor of the CRM system.
The "Center of Legal Maintenance of Business" company has the largest regional collection network and is one of recognized leaders of the Russian market in debt collection. The software of Mototelecom Call center is already set at head office "YuSB-Moscow Center". Further implementation of Mototelecom Call center in regional representative offices is planned.
