2025: ELMA365 Implementation Plan

The engineering company YugEnergoEngineering, specializing in start-up and mode adjustment for power and oil and gas facilities throughout Russia, is launching a project to introduce the ELMA365 platform. The solution will allow combining project, contract and resource management processes in a single digital environment, which is critical for responsible work at energy facilities throughout Russia, including the regions of the Far North. Elma announced this on November 19, 2025.

YugEnergoEngineering services are in demand by a wide range of industries, including oil and gas, electricity, industrial production, housing and communal services and the food industry. The scale of the company's activities required the transition to a centralized management system that will ensure transparency of processes, monitoring of deadlines and increasing the efficiency of interaction between departments.

According to company representatives, before implementation, most operations were carried out manually, which created excessive labor and difficulties in coordinating documents. Within the framework of the project, it is planned to automate key areas related to the performance of commissioning works: from participation in tenders and contract management to resource planning, organization of trips of specialists, accounting of material and technical resources and control of budgeting of the mode and commissioning. The system is planned for integration with 1C, Microsoft Exchange, Dadata and Active Directory.

A separate stage of work was the pre-design analysis performed by the BOAS team. During the work, the specialists conducted interviews with process owners, described business processes in BPMN, developed the terms of reference and architecture of the IT infrastructure. This stage allowed the customer to determine the budget, timing and necessary resources in advance, as well as to form clear guidelines for further implementation of the system.

The choice of ELMA365 was made thanks to the versatility of the Low-code approach, the flexibility to configure business processes without programming and ready-made modules - Projects, Contracts, Business Trips, Materials. This will allow us to build a system architecture for our real tasks without overhauling. Before the start of the project, BOAS conducted a pre-project analysis - it allowed us to see the architecture of the future system, budget and resources, "said Dmitry Maltsev, project manager at YugEnergoEngineering.

The implementation of the ELMA365 will allow the company to move from disparate solutions to a full-fledged managed platform, where all processes - from participation in tenders to the completion of projects - are combined into a single digital ecosystem.
