In Yugoriya GSC system deployment of document handling within the operating e-document flow comes to the end

In Yugoriya insurance company the project on creation of a system of the uniform center of document handling started at the beginning of 2012. As a software platform for project implementation software of LanDocs (LANIT) and FlexiCapture (ABBYY) acts. A contractor of the project is LANIT Ltd.

The project will cover head office, a uniform data processing center, Territorial Departments and branches of the customer. The implemented solution is a component of the comprehensive program of creation of the single accounting system of insurance documentation of the company. It is intended for automation of collecting, processing and storage of insurance documentation.

Kiselyov Oleg Igorevich, chief executive of JSC Yugoriya GSC: "The project on creation of the uniform center of document handling is one of establishing within the comprehensive program of creation of the accounting system of insurance documentation. Its implementation will allow to optimize our internal beznes-processes, to reduce costs for processing and document storage. Final

The LANIT completed workflow automation in Yugoriya company. Within creation of an end-to-end system of electronic document management the solution based on the software of LanDocs and ABBYY FlexiCapture is implemented.

Tasks

Project objective - creation of a system of stream input by means of which the current documentation is processed before receipt in archive.

Within a pilot project a system is installed in the Moscow branch of the company and three regional branches – Smolensky, Surgut and Ekaterinburg. In Moscow a server part, is developed in regions - scanning stations where today sets of the documents relating to policies of a comprehensive insurance and the CMTPL are processed. The scanned documentation is paketno exported to the corporate system of electronic document management (SEDM).

Implementation of a pilot project allowed to optimize internal business processes of Yugoriya, to reduce time of registration and processing of primary documents, to create uniform storage. Also the following tasks were solved: automatic export and automatic document registration, assignment of number to the document and its detailed routing, the centralized transfer of settings, reduction of the sizes of the stored files, if necessary - night loading of documents in branches, use of the mechanism of barcoding. Stream input and postprocessing up to 1000 documents a month is at the moment performed. In August of the current year the project came to a stage of commercial operation. The solution is deployed based on the Uniform center of document handling of Yugoriya in Belgorod.

Oleg Kiselyov, the chief executive of Yugoriya GSC noted: "According to the results of a pilot project it is already possible to speak about noticeable optimization of internal business processes in central and regional branches. Implementation of a pilot project allowed us to process more effectively the large volume of documents and by that to reduce costs of the company. We plan replication of the solution in other offices of the company and also start of function of recognition of documents that will allow our operators to perform quick entry of documents in a system. Also we consider one of essential effects of system implementation quality improvement of data in information systems".

The director of business development of department of document management systems of LANIT Anton Zheltoukhov added: "Implementation of a pilot project was successful, first of all, thanks to ample technological capabilities of the solution based on the software of LanDocs and ABBYY FlexiCapture, to active involvement of customer representatives and also professionalism of a project team of our department. We continue to develop our solution, in the nearest future we will set jobs for employees in the remained branches and also we will start in work of a sensing technology of documents for even more convenient work of users within the uniform center of document handling".
