Specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company provided convenience of conducting personnel records and payroll by means of the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" program in Yunidef-tekhno LLC.

  • Assessment and certification of personnel
  • Efficiency evaluation of service of personnel and analytical reporting
  • Planning of employee occupation: holidays and/or other actions
  • Personnel recruitment
  • Application of different motivational schemes
  • Payroll calculation
  • Training management and advanced training
  • Finance, management accounting, monitoring of indicators
  • Accounting is accounting, tax, budget, including the regulated reporting

Maintenance:

  • Preferential support of 1C:ITS is issued (for the first 3/6 months since the beginning of operation of 1C: Enterprise of PROF version)

The Following Tasks Were Performed:

  • Delivery of software products in office of the customer
  • Software installation on the customer's computers
  • Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
  • Individual training at office of the customer

Customer Feedback

For effective cooperation on automation of activity I express gratitude to 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT). Specialists of the company carried out installation of the software product, set all necessary settings, provided user training. Thanks to specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company automation took place rather quickly. Staff of the company proved competent and qualified specialists when carrying out implementation of the software product. The "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" software product satisfies to my requirements. With its help it is possible to implement conducting personnel records and payroll with all available additional charges; delivery of the necessary reporting. Quantity of the automated jobs: 1 Software products on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform considerably facilitated my work, and allowed to save time and money. In my further plans - to continue effective and mutually beneficial cooperation with 1C: Accounting and Trade company, and to recommend its services by my acquaintance and to colleagues! The program is followed within the information and technology maintenance (ITM).
