Yunikosmetik implemented management tools chemical production

On April 14, 2015 it became known of the project of automation of the production site of YUNIKOSMETIK LLC. The project was executed by ARIA company.

Project Tasks

Yunikosmetik locates research and production base, uses advanced technologies, raw materials and the equipment. On the production site of Yunikosmetik the ARIA company carried out complex automation of production lines to Kolpino, having integrated local management systems for technology process of several sections and remote elements of control in a single system. Main goals of system implementation — control of compliance of products to strict quality requirements, increase in safety of production and warning of emergency situations.

Project Progress

Specialists of the contractor executed a full stroke of works: from development applied and the software for controllers of management and the automated attendant workstation before commissioning before start of a system in operation.

Elements of a system control:

• pressure parameters in technology trunks,
• temperatures in the rasparochny room,
• management and control of technology processes in mixing devices,
• monitoring and signing up in archive of indications of sensors of level in tanks of storage of liquid chemistry, different components of an end product, tanks of production waste.

Project Results

The end-to-end system of automatic control and remote control of cosmetic production became result of work.
