Integration of DocsVision into the existing 1C: Enterprise 7.7 system (own development of the partner) for implementation of data exchange between systems and automation of the main business processes: - approval of requests for cash and cashless payments, - control of performing discipline, - office-work. Synchronization between 1C and DocsVision is performed using 3 modules: primary unloading of reference books from 1C (for problems of approval of payments), directory synchronization at making changes and transfer of the approved payments in 1C. Integration of 1C: Enterprise 7.7 and DocsVision considerably simplified work of the users using both systems. Users had an opportunity at any time to see and trace all necessary information, including the history of the movement of payments, dates of sending, approval stages, names of responsibles, etc. Version: 3.5 Number of users: 25 people.
