Project Tasks:

Control of work of transport:

• Satellite monitoring of transport;
• Data acquisition about a run of all vehicle fleet for the reporting period;
• Control of fuel consumption, diagram and motion speed.

Automation of logistic processes:

• Implementation of an opportunity to automatically set in the request time for unloading by certain parameters;
• Planning on the set geographical zones and zones of delivery;
• Planning of loading/unloading taking into account time, weight and the size of goods.

Project Steps:

• Cars of the customer were equipped with automobile GPS trackers;
• Proinstallirovano software "1C:Enterprise 8. Center of satellite monitoring GLONASS/GPS";
• Specialists of ITOB made training of 2 employees of YURVES Group for further work with a system;
• Automatic data exchange "1C:Enterprise 8 is configured. Center of satellite monitoring GLONASS/GPS" and "ITOB: Center of logistics";
• Configuration "ITOB: The center of logistics" it is adapted for requirements of the customer.

Result:

Software implementation "1C:Enterprise 8. The center of satellite monitoring a GLONASS/GPS" allowed to make full control of work of transport, noticeable economy of fuel made 10%. The client had an opportunity to create necessary reports on different indicators, it is more rational to distribute time between employees. Software customization "ITOB: The center of logistics" under tasks of the client allowed to reduce time for planning of routes twice, planning of logistic processes taking into account necessary parameters is implemented.
