Corus Consulting organized accounting of work for Yusen Lodzhistiks Rus 3PL-operator based on Manhattan SCALE

On November 2, 2020 CORUS Consulting Group reported that it organized accounting of work and configured the client of logistic company "Yusen Lodzhistiks" based on Manhattan SCALE WMS system. Works are carried out to short terms – in 3 weeks that is twice faster, than on average in the market.

"Yusen Lodzhistiks Rus" is a 3PL-operator who represents to the clients complex logistics services. One of key factors for support of customer-oriented approach for the company is use of flexible and easily scalable WMS system. Since 2003 "Yusen Lodzhistiks Rus" uses a warehouse management system from Manhattan Associates which integrates management of storage of goods for clients from absolutely different segments: productions of electronics, automobile spare parts, household and sports goods.

The logistic operator addressed Corus Consulting, the exclusive partner of vendor in Russia, with a task to connect to the WMS system of the client – the large fashion-retailer, – to make it with the minimum idle time and from the first day of work to fix operations on it for the subsequent exposure of billing. All this needed to be made without completions, in the existing system and business processes of the operator.

Specialists of the IT company in three weeks made setup of a system that allowed to test quickly "Yusen Lodzhistiks Rus" functionality, to prepare integrated about the WMS equipment, to train personnel and to begin to use fully a system for work with the client. Connection provided transparency of accomplishment of orders, display of their relevant status and also processing speed at high turnover of a warehouse.
