In October, 2012 in Yuvenko company the project on system implementation First Form came to the end.
Prerequisites of the Project
Many questions of quickly developing and extensive network cannot be solved also without use of the latest technologies of management. The tasks set by shareholders required significant increase in sales volumes, and at some point the company faced mismatch of the used information systems to the rate of development of the company. For example, to attract 200 new clients a month, the staff of the sales department had to make 30-40 people, and the increase in productivity of each of them was impracticable.
Project Results
Transition to First Form allowed the company to optimize network management, document flow, to increase the speed of acceptance and accomplishment of management decisions.

Transfer of business process of performance of agreements (actually installation and service of vending machines) in The First Form allowed to reduce installation time and commissioning of the new vending machine from 7 days to 5. It means that additional two days each new vending machine makes profit. Management technical and service maintenance of vending machines using The First Form reduced the number of days of idle time by 30%.
