Yuzhuralzoloto (YuGK) (Kontur-Personal)

At the gold mining enterprise "Yuzhuralzoloto Group" (YG) implementation of the "Accounting of Work and the Salary — AMBA" and "Kontur-Personal" systems of federal IT developer "SKB Kontur" was performed in 2008. The system of own development which is earlier used at the enterprise ceased to conform to requirements of business in this connection, in February of the current year in the company the project on implementation of the software solution "Accounting of Work and the Salary — AMBA" started.

At setup of a system the industry specifics of the organization were considered. Settlement month at the enterprise comes to an end the 25th that complicates regulation of a salary in case of an unpaid leave and compensatory leaves. At payroll calculation five coefficients changing monthly are used: coefficient on gold, KTU and others. On complete implementation, including data transfer on four thousand employees from the old program and user training, left six months. Now a system is brought into production operation.

System implementation of "Kontur-Personal" was begun on the first of August, 2008, right after start of a system on payroll calculation. In the program military account is kept, specialized reports form. Systems capabilities are demanded to store large volumes of data that allows to consider rotation and a staff turnover at the enterprise. Now operations on standardization, data and complete converting of data on all staff of the enterprise from three earlier existing bases in uniform base are made. The staff list forms. Development of the system of automation of reports and printed forms of the enterprise is planned.
