Yuztim implemented ERP

On March 5, 2014 The First BIT company announced the project of business process automation in Yuztim group.

Project Tasks

At the enterprise the information system which is not answering, according to the management, to requirements for accomplishment of all necessary tasks was used. Some types of accounting were separately conducted. The management Yuztim considered necessary obtaining operational information about activity of divisions of the company and made the decision on complex automation of the production organization on the platform "1C: Management of manufacturing enterprise 8".

The solution assumed automation of all main business processes Yuztim. As the partner in project implementation selected The First BIT company.

Project Results

The general increase in efficiency of productive activity of holding, opportunity to quickly trace a status of warehouse stocks, to manage sales, to control products production costs became result of implementation.

Necessary level of reliability and speed of preparation of the regulated reporting and reports for the management is reached, the number of errors in accounting is significantly reduced.

In the course of implementation specialists of the First BIT started program subsystems some of which are developed according to specific requirements Yuztim:

• personnel records and payroll calculation,
• product data management – the specification of a product;
• industrial process control – production from materials to be provided, production by forces of the third-party processor, accounting of returnable waste and transfer of a part of costs from the processor to the provider;
• traffic control of inventory stocks and finished goods.
