In the centers of temporary stay of refugees in Germany it is implemented the TrueConf VIDEOCONFERENCING systems

A VIDEOCONFERENCING system based on TrueConf Server was developed by Zentrum für Telemedizin Bad Kissingen company for communication of doctors of network of the Rhön Klinikum clinics and patients who are in the centers of temporary stay of refugees.

ZTM Bad Kissingen is the center of telemedicine in Germany. The company struggles with the difficulties connected with the growing number of patients, the shortage of skilled staff and the medical equipment in the conditions of influx of refugees and migrants. ZTM Bad Kissingen was faced by a task to create a system which would allow to adjust video conference between network of Rhön Klinikum clinics and the centers of temporary stay for refugees. Including it was required to provide conditions for carrying out preliminary remote survey of patients and issue of the directions to profile specialists.

Staff of ZTM Bad Kissingen tested more than ten different VIDEOCONFERENCING systems. By words the ZTM project manager of Valdemar Pautov, only the solution TrueConf could provide the communication conditions necessary for remote diagnostics of patients.

Within telemedicine system implementation the centers of temporary stay of refugees were equipped with special mobile complexes of video conference on mobile platforms from software from TrueConf. They are used for communication with offices of doctors-volunteers from Rhön Klinikum. In the centers volunteers who help patients to get on acceptance in due time work and follow instructions of physicians during survey.
