Choosing a Solution
Before project implementation on transfer of telephony to a cloud platform to Zapadny most Ltd companies the outdated analog automatic telephone exchange was used. Transfer in new office of the automatic telephone exchange assumed the large volume of work on distributing of telephone lines, reconfiguration of the equipment when preserving the current low level of functionality. Besides, limited communication opportunities and difficulties with scalability of analog solutions did not meet the modern needs for effective communications both in the company, and in customer interaction any more.
The geographically-distributed structure of offices entered additional complications for transfer of the outdated analog solution. First of all it was required to integrate geographically distributed offices of the company in a single network. Within connection of service by technical specialists of CTI the protected VPN data transmission channel between cloud infrastructure of provider and the central office of the customer was organized.
Project Progress
In the course of work the customer had a need for expansion of number of users of telephony.
