The Football Club Zenit automated documentation turnover on EOS for SharePoint

The F.C. Zenit implemented an electronic document management system of EOS for SharePoint 2010 – development of Electronic Office Systems (EOS) company.

The implementation project of EDMS was carried out in several steps: inspection of schemes of passing of documents; creation of branched routes of approval of agreements, accounts and internal in-house documents; differentiation of user rights depending on a stage of passing of the document; process automation of document registration, control of performing discipline; integration with ERP Microsoft Navision; loading of the existing archive agreement base in SharePoint.

"For the customer automation of contractual document flow was a priority task to manage due to the need a large number of the diverse information connected with agreements. Systematization and formalization of processes of acceptance, processing, storage and transfer of this information became an uncommon task" – Grigory Matveev, the CEO of the company on implementation comments on "Office Dock" (the partner of EOS Group).

Automation of contractual document flow pulled for itself an additional problem of automation of all payment process of accounts: from the creation moment in memo EDMS into the account before the actual payment through an accounting system.

As a result of the performed works workflows of preparation and approval of all agreement types, accounts, acts and also the memos connected with agreements were automated.

On it the implementation project does not come to an end. In plans of football club there is an automation of other processes of document flow: processings of the entering / outgoing correspondence and organizational and administrative documentation and also approval of business trips of all command.
