Zhigulyovsk hydroelectric power station expands DLP control

On May 16, 2018 the DeviceLock company announced that PJSC RusHydro branch - Zhigulyovsk hydroelectric power station expands DLP control.

Much attention, proceeding from the corporate standards on cybersecurity adopted at the level of PJSC RusHydro and also owing to requirements of federal laws No. 187-FZ "About security of critical information infrastructure of the Russian Federation" and No. 256-FZ "About security of objects of fuel and energy complex" is paid to processes of information security support in the organization. Proceeding from requirements of other federal laws (about personal data protection (152-FZ) and a trade secret (98-FZ)) need of use of a DLP system is defined.

The DeviceLock DLP complex is used since 2011 when according to the engineering design on information security, on the Zhigulyovsk hydroelectric power station using the company integrator a DLP system was implemented. During the course of performance the project the documents regulating an order of gaining access and making changes in security policy were created. Are regularly instructed users.

In 2017 trial operation of DeviceLock Search Server for studying of opportunities of a search server as a part of DeviceLock DLP is carried out. Results of testing are recognized satisfactory, and functionality of the server demanded owing to what PJSC RusHydro Branch - Zhigulyovsk hydroelectric power station purchases the licenses to use DeviceLock Search Server along with prolongation of licensing on other DeviceLock DLP components.
