2020: Possibility of contactless payment of services of housing and public utilities
Sberbank On July 6, 2020 announced conclusion of an agreement about information and technology interaction with state budgetary institutions "Zhilishchnik" a number of capital areas. At the same time residents of the Region of Novokosino the first had an opportunity to pay housing and communal services non-cash and by contactless method completely directly in State Budgetary Institution Zhilishchnik, without visiting in addition department bank or mail.
Any visitor of organization at the address for the purpose of refining of a debt on housing and communal services can make payment using the bank card or the gadget tied to it at once. At the request of the client the debt can be paid off in whole or in part.
In the nearest future the similar payment solution of Sberbank will be implemented in divisions of State Budgetary Institution Zhilishchnik of several more districts of the capital, including Petty-bourgeois, Veshnyaki, Vostochnoye Izmailovo and Metrogorodok. And until the end of 2020 it is going to develop this project in all districts of Moscow.

Practically all Muscovites at least once were faced the need to urgently receive the reference, the statement from the house register or other document connected with the real estate. And, as a rule, for this purpose it is necessary to repay at first any, even minimum current debt for housing and communal services. Earlier for this purpose it was necessary to look for bank department or to stand in a queue by mail. Now it will be possible to make necessary payment, without leaving the premises of State Budgetary Institution Zhilishchnik, using the digital terminal of Sberbank. At the same time all procedure takes place without contact with observance of requirements of epidemiological security. |

Electronic services in housing and public utilities gain popularity from year to year. Muscovites resolve several years many housing-and-municipal issues using digital projects which are implemented in the capital: pay bills for utilities, control the maintenance of entrances, transfer indications of metering devices. The list of electronic services constantly extends, allowing to increase quality of life in general. Additional opportunities for remote payment are especially relevant. Inhabitants can select for themselves the most convenient method for transfer of means and also teach the family, in particular the senior generation, to use remote services and terminals. |
