The Housing Capital company starts control automation by personnel using the Boss-personnel officer system (on the Microsoft SQL Server platform). The customer will perform works on implementation by own forces.
In 10 years of work in the real estate market the company managed to expand the activity and to pass from rendering intermediary services before investment into large projects. The company management considers one of pacing factors of success competently built HR policy, paying at the same time special attention to personnel recruitment and also their training, professional development and certification, a financial incentive and maintenance of corporate culture. For management of these processes the company intends to use a HRM system which will allow to lower routine load of the staff of personnel department and also to optimize the corresponding business processes.
