PJSC Chervona Zirka completes the project of deployment of solutions of automation of design-technology preparation of production

PJSC Chervona zirka completed the project of complex automation of design-technology preparation of production based on the ERP system of Infor ERP LN, an automated design engineering system of SolidWorks, the Search PDM system and the system of technology preparation of production TechCard, integration software of Integra + Optima companies.

Solution

During the project business processes "Design preparation of production", "Technology preparation of production", "The production equipment" and "Management of the normative reference information" are developed and implemented in operation and also one and all jobs of designers, technologists, compliance supervisors and work regulation engineers are automated.

Using the software of Integra + automatic data integration of a PDM system and ERP is provided that excludes double entry and increases information accuracy. Also business planning processes and production managements of the ERP system were optimized. The implemented business processes provide:

• The effective and approved interaction between divisions due to formalization of business processes and regulations of design-technology preparation of production, accurate distribution of areas of responsibility between divisions for accomplishment of certain functions, preparation and input of this or that information;

• Paperless technology of approval, statement and making changes in design-technology documentation;

• Uniform storage of design-technology documentation;

• Respect for the principle "the document is not approved" - "there is no production";

• Compliance to the ESKD, ISO standards, international standards of production management.

System implementation of visual information display about the course of accomplishment of production plans, rhythms of production and defects which is available to all employees of the plant on large-format panels became an important milestone of the project. Implementation is executed using the world leader among the systems of the class Business Discovery – BI- systems QlikView.

Project management, development and business process optimization, and implementation of the QlikView BI system were performed by RBC Group company, delivery and a software setup of Integra + executed Optima consulting companies, and delivery of the licenses SolidWorks, Search and TechCard, personnel training and a software setup – InterSed company.
