NVision Czech Republic

Sitronics Telecom Solutions (Sitronics Telecommunication Solutions) is the Russian company which headquarters is in Moscow, formed in December, 2002 based on the Strom Telecom company founded in 1993 in Prague. "Sitronics Telecommunication Solutions" is a component of Sitronics concern which core shareholder is the AFK "Sistema" company - the largest Russian not oil diversified holding. Completely upgraded manufacturing enterprise is near Prague in the city of Votitsa.

Performance Indicators

STS is the first in revenue direction of Sitronics concern - for 2009 this indicator was $107.5 million, against $44.6 million in microelectronics and $33.5 million in IT. At the same time, the segment of telecommunication solutions of Sitronics in 2009 practically did not grow (+2%) whereas sales of microelectronics increased by 54%, and IT – by 73%.

Employees

Prior to an economic crisis of 2008-2009 in "Sitronics Telecommunication Solutions" more than 5000 people in the Russian Federation, the CIS countries, the Czech republic, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Slovak Republic, Slovenia, worked at Ukraine and Malaysia. As of July, 2010 in STS more than 1800 people work.

Today "Sitronics Telecommunication Solutions" is the leading supplier of complete solutions in the field of support systems of the operating room and business activity, networks of the next generation, networks of broadband access and solutions for digital television in the markets of Russia, the CIS, Central and Southeast Europe, the countries of Africa and the Middle East.

The main efforts of the company are directed to development, design, production and integration of the wide list of telecommunication equipment and the software, provision of services on integration and customization of solutions, including own R&D and production. Partnership agreements with Cisco, Ericsson, Alcatel, ZTE are signed.

History

1993 - in Prague (Czech Republic) the Strom Telecom company, the developer of network solutions and the systems of billing is created.

2003 - the Strom Telecom company is absorbed by AFK "Sistema" and entered into Scientific center concern (later - Sitronics).

2006 - on the basis of Solution No. 3 of June 30, 2006 of the shareholder of Mediatel Ltd - JSC Sitronics - since September 26, 2006 the company changed the name with Mediatel Ltd to Sitronics Telecom of Solutions Ltd (JSC "SITRONICS Telecom Solutions").

The management of Sitronics Telecom of Solutions Ltd confirms operation of all agreements and obligations undertaken by Mediatel Ltd.

In 2006 Sitronics purchased 51% in the Greek equipment manufacturer for Intracom Telecom communication networks.

February, 2007 - renaming of Strom Telecom, a.s. in SITRONICS Telecom Solutions, a.s.

2010

Mikhail Bondarenko is appointed the CEO of "Sitronics Telecom of Solyushins".

2012

The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) of Russia approved in the fall of 2012 the petition of Nvision Group Ltd integrator for acquisition of three "subsidiaries" of JSC Sitronics. Announced this FAS on Friday in the message on the official site of department. FAS permitted NVision Group to purchase 100% of authorized capital of three companies - the Russian "Sitronics Telecom of Solutions", the Czech Sitronics Telecom Solutions and the Netherlands Sitronics IT B.V.

2013: TS (Czech Republic) passes Sitronics under a brand of NVision Group

The SITRONICS Telecom Solutions company (Czech Republic) is officially renamed in December, 2013 into NVision Czech Republic a.s. The Nvision Group subsidiary company in the Czech Republic presents the interests of group at international markets, works in Eastern Europe, Africa, Southeast Asia.

Key activity of NVision Czech Republic a.s. originally software development and provision of services to telecom operators was. After entry into the structure of NVision Group extended both a product portfolio, and a field of activity of the company. Not only the hardware-software FORIS and MEDIO platforms, but also all other line of solutions and services of NVision Group are available to customers of the Czech division now.
