World Trade Center of TsMT Moscow

The Moscow World Trade Center (WTC) is the large multi-profile business complex located in the center of Moscow in close proximity to the Kremlin, the Government house of the Russian Federation and the building of the Government of Moscow.

The uniform architectural complex with a total area of 270,000 sq.m. integrates 3 office buildings, the Congress center, Crowne Plaza Moscow WTC business hotel and Mezhdunarodnaya-2 Apart-hotel.

About 500 firms tenants among which there are Russian and foreign companies representing worldfamous brands use services TsMT.

The Moscow World Trade Center continues to develop dynamically. In 2008 complex reconstruction of the Congress center is carried out. Upgrade its technical and functionality allowed to expand a range of the offered services significantly. For convenience of tenants and guests of TsMT, in 2009, the multilevel parking on 630 parking places is put into operation thanks to what the number of parking spaces of a complex increased till 1760. At the beginning of 2010 the new 30-storey office building of 33,000 sq.m. is put into operation. The 20-storey club body of Crowne Plaza Moscow World Trade Centre hotel prepares for commissioning.

One of strategic directions of development of JSC World Trade Center is creation of regional network in the most dynamically developing regions of Russia. In April, 2010 TsMT-Krasnodar – the largest multifunction business complex in the Southern Federal District of Russia is discovered.
