What main trends of 2012?

Year passed without revolutions, the market continued to move in a universal technology bed: it is more and more technologies, and IT suppliers become more active a part of the service industry. In the conditions of competitive struggle of the company to outsourcing, and already not only IT infrastructures, but also business processes naturally come. Around the world it already works, gradually the trend gets a response and from us.

Interest in solutions in the field of corporate mobility grew. Our life and its speed change, the smartphone and the tablet are used not only for check of mail or editing documents now, but also for work with the calendar or business processes in the Business Performance Management (BPM) system. Access to the personal computer and corporate resources allows virtualization – also actively developing trend of this year.

In the 2012th several pilot projects on storage of large volumes of data of BigData started, with its help the large companies will be able to digitize practically all the operational processes, to store huge data arrays and quickly to get from them new information. It is also quite possible that next year we will hear about the first large projects on energy efficiency. The appropriate state program forces the large state and commercial organizations to think in this direction. With respect thereto we were included into guild of power accountants, and we can book audit and issue power passports.

What do you expect from 2013?

From the relevant directions I would note outsourcing, interest in it from customers will continue to grow. For the companies it is a real opportunity, regardless of external conditions, such as, for example, instability of economy, not to refuse the drawn-up plans. In the field of corporate mobility we expect emergence of new mobile corporate applications and also increase in demand for means of protecting of mobile devices.

Sergey Karpunichev, CEO of Columbus of Russia and CIS

What main trends of 2012?

In relation to medium business it should be noted the growing requirements of customers to the used technologies and a know-how, examination of partners; aiming of the companies at the solution of the industry tasks promoting gain of their competitiveness, acceleration of growth and expansion of opportunities of development. The current year showed that interest in the systems which are the most full considering requirements of a specific market segment is rather high.

What do you expect from 2013?

The Russian IT market shows moderate growth rates, and in the next year such positive dynamics will remain. In the next year still demanded will be systems of a business intelligence and forecasting, the solution for supply chain management, customer relations, an integration tool and data exchange. So, for example, implementation of CRM systems in a combination to means of e-commerce and mobile services will become even more relevant task for the retailers interested in development of the online sales channel.

Maxim Bogdanov, CEO of ASCON

What main trends of 2012?

In my opinion, wide circulation of mobile devices and platforms and their penetration into the most different spheres of professional activity became the main trend in the ICT market in general. Other trend which is closely connected with the first — distribution of cloud solutions, universal mobilization just also causes the need for "clouds". It is sure that both of these trends will find development both in the B2C-market, and in the market of B2B. If to speak about that segment where ASCON — the market of big and average customers from the industry works, then here off-centering of making decision on application of IT from innovators IT specialists to the heads responsible for business who think of efficiency of engineering and production business processes became very important trend and implement IT solutions for this purpose.

What do you expect from 2013?

In 2013 IT market will grow at sure rates, ASCON will grow slightly quicker. For this purpose there are all bases — both external economic, and internal, in recent years we carried out big preparatory work to start new impulses for development of the company. Penetration of mobile applications and cloud solutions on the market of B2B will continue, and we will support this trend, having released the full-fledged cloud PLM system of DEXMA. In general in IT market there will be a complete paradigm shift: transition from cell phones to the most up-to-date smartphones, from desktop computers to tablets and ultrabooks.

Stepan Tomlyanovich, CEO FORS group

What main trends of 2012?

Initiatives of the state in the field of informatization continue to have a strong impact on formation of IT market is and creation of regional segments of the electronic government which can be considered quite successful, and the informatization of health care which is well under way, and a number of projects within the municipal program "Information City" (which was earlier hereinafter referred to Electronic Moscow) in which we take active part.

Cloud and mobile computing stops being something exotic. It is more and more executed real projects on creation of private (corporate) clouds, cloud solutions appear. Upgrade of IT infrastructure at most the enterprises are one of the major trends today. There was a number of technology new products. Perhaps, it is possible to speak about break in the field of means for processing and data storage. Among them - a new class of hardware and software systems of the class Exa-from Oracle corporation (Exadata, Exalogic, Exalytics).

What do you expect from 2013?

The market will continue to grow, especially in a segment of IT services. We expect rapid development of the Big Data direction. This class of solutions gives to business really unlimited opportunities for visualization and the analysis, modeling and development of different scenarios of succession of events. Due to the wide circulation of cloud computing bigger attention will be paid to questions of information security. Here we expect adoption of the legislative initiatives regulating the key moments of relationship of provider and the consumer of SaaS - services.

We expect deeper penetration of information technologies into the social sphere, sport, health care and services industry. Now here significant lag in comparison with the real sector, banks or a telecom is noted. And, at last, transition to networks of the 4th generation of LTE approaches that will even more expand possibilities of use of the Internet and mobile communication. In Russia the level of penetration of smartphones does not exceed 10% while in Switzerland yet, for example, it is 65%. So, the potential of growth is huge.

What main trends of 2012?

It is difficult for us to speak for all market in general. For us personally became opening much bigger demand the market of automation systems of the autoenterprises, than we expected. It would seem, enough specialized developer companies work at this Niva. However, apparently, they far do not close the existing demand.

One more the moment, interesting to us, - further transformation of virtual demand for management systems for budget process in real. So simply speaking, not just buy licenses for corresponding to software, but also seriously implement it, ordering from us consulting services or even completely independently.

What do you expect from 2013?

If to extrapolate trends of the last years for 2013 (these trends in our company did not change even in crisis 2008 - 2009), then it turns out that we wait for a gain of income of 5 - 10% of 2013. As for an informative part, very much we expect new projects on budgeting and also growth of real demand for projects on production management according to the MRP-II standard (the number of negotiations on this subject increased now).
