2018: Azerbaijan the first implemented the platform X-In Road an e-government system

According to at the beginning of 2018 the European information channel Euronews, in addition to Azerbaijan, this system was already integrated in a number of the countries among which there are Namibia, Finland and Ukraine. Also this platform was started on the Faroe Islands and in Japan. Is X-Road also the platform allowing to exchange automatically data between the countries that gave the chance of automatic data exchange between Estonia and Finland.

X-Road is hostless system in which single interfaces and protocols of interaction and data exchange are defined. Any state body can by certain rules connect the information system to the platform and configure access rights to it for other departments. Commercial IT systems can also interact with X-Road and use these platforms. X-Road is the base of Electronic Estonia, for the purpose of assistance to interaction of citizens with the state, to connect different databases of electronic services of the state and private sectors of the country and to function harmoniously to them as a single whole. Electronic solutions of Estonia include the range of services available to the public and as each service has own databases, all of them use X-Road. For the purpose of ensuring safe data transmission, all outgoing and entering data by means of X-Road have a log with the digital signature, printing and are ciphered and registered. It X-originally Road was used as the tool for sending requests to different databases. It turned into the method allowing to create the services using data at once of several registers and information systems, to transfer the large volume of data and to execute search in several databases at the same time. X-Road была it is developed taking into account growth owing to what it can be expanded in process of emergence of new electronic services and new[1].
