2020: Acquisition by Rockwell Automation

In April 2020, ASEM S.r.l. has become part of the international business of Rockwell Automation, which has been operating in Italy for more than 30 years and has full-time employees in Milan, Bologna and Padua. The goal of the global company is to further expand its presence in Italy by creating a world-class innovation and production center offering customizable configurable products.

Rockwell Automation has already invested heavily in the production of ASEM in Artenje, increasing the number of full-time employees by more than 20% since 2020. Further investments and expansion of the staff are planned.
