Earlier initiators of selection of additional resources tried to pay attention that departments are not budgeted money for creation of the sensor of tracking of hypersonic weapon and ballistic missiles in space (HBTSS). At the same time earlier the agency asked congressmen to select for this purpose $108 million.

In particular, the Russian enterprises are engaged in creation of hypersonic rockets for the strategic Tu-160M and Tu-95MC bombers and multi-purpose submarines of the Huskies project. On alert of the country the hypersonic anti-ship missiles "Dagger" included in MiG-31BM, and Avangard gliders in the nomenclature of arms of fighters-perekhvatichkov are already accepted. The USA considers Russia and China potential military opponents.
