Biopharmaceutical investments of RVC
Biopharmaceutical investments of RVC (RVC Biofund) are created at the beginning of 2011 with the assistance of the Russian Venture Capital Company (RVCC) and NO "Venture innovation fund". The investment strategy of Biofund consists in an investment of money in shares in authorized capitals of the Russian companies which are infrastructure services or the innovative companies of the biopharmaceutical sector of the Russian economy.
2019: Sale of a share in Akcentr to Rurik group
On December 9, 2019 the Infrafond RVC reported Zdrav.Expert that the RVC Biofund sold the share in authorized capital of Interregional Center of Sterilizing Technologies Akcentre LLC (further Akcentre) to the co-investor of the project – Rurik group. At the time of the transaction the share of fund made 35%, the transaction is profitable for fund, its details are not disclosed. The total volume of investments of RVC Biofund into the project was more than 85 million rubles. Read more here.
