Oteko JSC is a diversified holding company operating in the transport market of the Russian Federation, the CIS and the Baltic countries.

Oteko offers a full range of railway and stevedoring services in the field of oil and gas transportation, as well as maintenance of the fleet of cars.

Since the beginning of 2000, Oteko Group of Companies has been implementing a comprehensive investment program for the construction of terminal facilities in the port of Taman. The total amount of investment in the development of projects has already amounted to more than $3.5 billion. According to 2017 data, complexes for transshipment of liquefied hydrocarbon gases, oil and oil products with a capacity of 19.9 million tons per year (Taman transshipment complex of oil, oil products and LPG, TPK) have already been built and put into operation.

2016: Construction of the "Port-Industrial Park"

September 30, 2016 Oteko Group of Companies and the Krasnodar Territory Administration signed a protocol of intent for cooperation in the field of investments, within the framework of which Oteko will build a high-tech Portovo-Industrial Park on the Taman Peninsula. Taking into account the already invested funds in the construction of infrastructure and TPK facilities, OTEKO's investments will amount to more than $8 billion.

The fleet will include 6 capacities for the production of ammonia, urea, methanol, a wide fraction of light carbohydrates, for the production of high-octane gasoline components from naphtha and LPG, soybean processing and feed production facilities, 5 modern transshipment complexes, a high-tech greenhouse complex and a modern residential complex for 10 thousand people.

In addition to terminal infrastructure, Oteko Group of Companies is also building federal property in the port of Taman, which are donated to the state.

All transshipment complexes of Oteko Group of Companies are built using modern technologies and meet the most stringent international standards, including in the field of environmental safety.

2014: Construction of Taman bulk cargo terminal

In 2014, as part of the implementation of the investment program, Oteko Group of Companies began construction of the Taman bulk cargo terminal (TTNG) for transshipment of coal, iron ore, sulfur and mineral fertilizers with an annual cargo turnover of 35 million tons. If there are market needs, the terminal capacity can be increased by more than 2 times without stopping operation. TTNG is scheduled for commissioning in 2018.

OTEKO Group of Companies is also implementing an investment project to build a Taman grain terminal with a capacity of 14.5 million tons per year of grain and grain crops.
