In November, 2010 it was announced opening of division of Paragon Integrator which, based on foreign experience with the companies from different sectors of economy, will provide a full range of maintenance services and support of information infrastructure of the companies of small and medium business. The new structural division as a part of Paragon Software – Paragon Integrator – will undertake:

• support of operation of the PC and notebooks in the local computer networks (LCN);
• installation and setup of active network equipment;
• consulting services in functioning of hardware and software systems;
• installation, setup, support of the server hardware and also its virtualization.

The services in information security so relevant in modern conditions will become other important activity of Paragon Integrator. In particular, specialists of this division will be able to construct the effective system of protection against external and internal threats (in particular, leaks of confidential information), guarantee recovery of all computers and servers after possible technical and program failures, will ensure reliable functioning of backup systems.

In connection with fast entry into force of federal law 152-FZ 'About personal data protection' specialists of Paragon Integrator will be ready to consult clients concerning inventory of personal data, to creation of schemes of technology processes of their processing, preparation of notifications in Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media (Roskomnadzor).

• Paragon debt to MediaLingua exceeded fifteen million rubles. MediaLingua Ltd announces termination of License agreement No. 3/1/2007 signed with Paragon Rus LLC (Paragon Software Group) on March 1, 2007. The agreement is terminated on February 5, 2011 at the initiative of MediaLingua Ltd unilaterally because of numerous violations by Paragon of conditions of the License Agreement and essential debt on a royalty.
