The Pronto-Media company owning the websites irr.ru and job.ru is not able to stop falling of revenue yet, but at least could reduce a loss at the end of half-year.

The Trader Media East company registered in the Netherlands in published on August 12, 2016, the avenue led key financial indicators for January-June, 2016 to placement of new global depositary receipts of the only asset – the Russian company "Pronto-Media".

For the first half of the year 2016 revenue of "Pronto-media" fell in dollar expression for 61%, to $5.2 million. In terms of rubles falling was 51%, to 375.6 million rubles. The operating loss for January-June, 2016 made $1.7 million, or 112.8 million rubles against $4.9 million, or 282.8 million rubles, the previous year. Net loss also decreased: $4.6 million, or 332.2 million rubles now against $7 million, or 386.7 million rubles, for the first six months 2015.

Negative dynamics and losses of "Pronto-media" are shown by not the first year. But, having already relied on the Internet, the company continues to reduce income and in this segment. Breakdown by income in the Internet and from the edition of the periodical press ("Pronto-media" are for the present reserved by several regional newspapers) is not given in the data provided in the avenue in a half-year, but for the first three months Internet revenue dropped by 48%, to $1.5 million, in dollar expression and for 39%, up to 112.3 million rubles, in ruble.

For comparison: income of "Yandex" in the first quarter grew by 34%, up to 16.4 million rubles, Mail.ru Group – for 11%, up to 9.7 billion rubles, Lamoda – for 3%, up to 3.9 billion rubles, Avito – at all for 86%, up to 2.2 billion rubles.

Against the background of unfavourable results in June, 2016 "Prono-media" were left by her CEO Nicholas Dadiani. Her chief financial officer Mikhail Kart[1] became the new head of unprofitable company[1].

2015: Investments into promotion of $5.9 million

In 2015 the company invested in development of the business on the Internet, including on its advertizing support, $5.9 million (361.8 million rubles at the average Central Bank rate for 2015), the plan for 2016 – $4 million (259.8 million rubles at the rate of the Central Bank for August 12).

2014: Closing of the paper newspaper "Iz Ruk V Ruki". Turnover of 2.5 billion rub

In 2014 the company announced that it refuses issue of the paper newspaper "Iz Ruk V Ruki" and will focus on development of the websites irr.ru and job.ru in Russia, irr.kz and gojob.kz in Kazakhstan, irr.by, myjob.by, domania.by, automania.by and turne.by in Belarus. The "Iz Ruk V Ruki" newspaper ceased to appear in Moscow. Regional editions are transferred to franchizes. "Pronto-media" it becomes exclusive Internet holding.

In 2014 turnover of the company on all projects made 2.5 billion rubles.

2011: 80% of revenue from the website Irr.ru

At the end of 2011 80% of online revenue "Pronto Media of Holding" is the share of the website of declarations Irr.ru, the rest bring Job.ru, Trucklist.ru, Automania.ru, Domania.ru.

Initially Irr.ru was started as a mirror of the "Iz Ruk V Ruki" newspaper (too it is controlled by holding), but for the end of 2011 it is the independent portal with the audience (6 million given to TNS).

For 2011 the audience of the website grew approximately by several tens of percent. It occurs generally at the expense of organic traffic: by estimates of the company, only 10% of growth were provided by advertizing.

Website Irr.ru revenue for the first quarter of the 2008th made 45 million rubles - growth by 13 times in two years.

2006: TME redeems 12% of shares L. Macaron for $100 million

In 2006 100% Pronto-Moscow consolidated Trader Media East. Leonid Makaron received $100.9 million for 12% of stocks (TME purchased other 88% earlier): $75.9 million money, and the rest — 3.8% of the stocks TME.

Start of the edition of the newspaper in Kazakhstan and in Ukraine

In the 1996th the "Iz Ruk V Ruki" newspaper begins to be issued in Kazakhstan and in Ukraine.

In 1996 start of the website of IRR.RU which worked as the online version of the newspaper took place: on it the declarations scanned from its pages were submitted.

1994: Start of the newspaper in Belarus

1992: Fast expansion of the daily newspaper "Iz Ruk V Ruki"

In 1992 "zero" issue of the newspaper of declarations "From hand to hand" was published. Manually collected the declarations stuck at entrances at stops of public transport and lampposts. Then called by telephones specified there and asked whether people want to place free of charge the declaration in the newspaper.

Employees extended. It occupied only four pages, 100 thousand copies. The first full number, already 32-band, was printed in two weeks, and the company managed to attach it to booths.

Since spring of 1992 the newspaper began to appear in Moscow already twice a week, since October — three times, and since June the 1993rd — each weekday. The same year Pronto opened representation in St. Petersburg and began to release IRR there. A bit later it covered Samara, Nizhny Novgorod and Ufa.

1991: Pronto-Moscow, 51% Italians have a creation
