Our rapid growth amid the expansion of the cybersecurity market has enabled the rapid implementation of advanced capabilities, however, as we have expanded our employee base to meet demand and entered new regions, it has also created unnecessary friction and inefficiency that hinders operations. Restructuring and downsizing will ensure long-term success, "Thomas wrote.

All dismissed employees are eligible for severance pay and other support, including further transitional health insurance and employment assistance at the new location. The restructuring program will cost from $24 to $32 million, and the implementation of the plan, including cash payments, will mainly be completed by the end of the fourth quarter of 2023.

We believe we are the only company in the world that can truly transform security operations by integrating risk, threat and incident management into a single platform that eliminates unnecessary trade-offs. Restructuring will increase our ability to invest where customers need it and give flexibility to scale, drive innovation and improve processes, Thomas added.[1]
