The FINAM Global investment fund (is a part of investment holding "FINAM") and Ashmanov i partnyory Ltd was announced in February, 2013 exchange of assets. As a result of the transaction "Ashmanov and partners" left the capital, and FINAM – increased to 89% the share block of Poiskovye tekhnologii Ltd, one of leaders belonging to it in the development areas and implementations of highly intellectual online services and tools.
