"Children's World" bought a stake in Zebra Toys

Detsky Mir and Valan Management already have joint assets. In February, these companies bought out the Russian business of the Finnish manufacturer of children's clothing Reima. Experts estimated the deal at 1.5-2 billion rubles.

Infoline Analytics CEO Mikhail Burmistrov estimates the market value of Zebra Toys at $2-3 million. According to him, the deal will allow the retailer to increase the share of goods under its own brands on store shelves.
