Turcom was created in February 1991, when it was literally about survival, and I wanted to keep a strong team of scientists and engineers. We were all then sure that the troubled times would last 2-3 years. Hence the comic name of the company: an abbreviation for "Terekhov and his team." Then we had large orders from different structures. In 1998, we found an investor - LANIT Holding. So the company "LANIT-Terkom" appeared. After 20 years of successful development, I felt that I needed new leadership principles, new ways to find and fulfill orders. Therefore, I decided to focus on the company's development strategy, and put the operating business in the hands of the young. I'm not going anywhere. I hope that many traditions of our company that helped us successfully develop will remain and increase, - commented on the personnel changes Andrei Terekhov.
