On January 11, 2024, it became known about the appointment of Igor Antonov as the head of the Euro-Asian Settlement Company RNKO. This is evidenced by the data of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRUL).

According to Interfax, citing registry data, Euro-Asian Settlement Company was registered on January 10, 2024. Its authorized capital is 120 million rubles. The founders were not disclosed.

A license for banking operations with funds in rubles and foreign currency for settlement non-bank credit organizations will be issued to the company after payment of the authorized capital, the Central Bank said in a statement quoted by Interfax[1]
