We are faced with an ambitious task to expand and strengthen the expertise of 1C-based automation in various vertical markets. The creation of a consulting department will speed up its implementation and allow a systematic increase in the personnel reserve both due to high-class professionals, traditionally in high demand in the labor market, and trainees, whom we will actively involve in training processes based on the company, - said Dmitry Dugin.

To maintain a high level of project quality and the balance of industry expertise, human capital is needed, and Dmitry Dugin will help in its formation. Since the market has turned towards 1C solutions in line with the general trend for import substitution, interest in working in this area has grown among IT specialists, but desire alone is not enough, knowledge and special skills are needed. We will accumulate and develop industry expertise to ensure maximum market coverage, "said Dmitry Kichko, General Director of Edith Pro (Borlas Group).

According to Dmitry Dugin, the issue of import substitution is acute for domestic enterprises. As soon as this task is closed, they will return to the main tasks of digital transformation. It will continue within the framework of two parallel trends: companies will increase the depth of automation of those processes that have already been translated into digital, as well as introduce information systems in new areas. Thus, the processes of customer relations, asset management, document management and others still have a low degree of automation. This gap will be closed.

The depth of digitalization increases due to the internal need of the business and the overall trend formed by regulators. For example, to detail the calculation of the cost of finished goods, you need automation and transparency of all production processes at the workshop level. On the other hand, government bodies, including the Federal Tax Service, increase business requirements in terms of transparency and accountability of financial processes, including through the introduction of tax monitoring. All this will form the long-term demand of customers for 1C consulting services, - Dmitry Dugin emphasized.
