Was born on February 2, 1975 in the city of Tomsk.

Education

  • In 1997 graduated from economics department of the Tomsk state university.
  • In 2004 passed the Presidential program of management training for the organizations of the national economy.

Career

  • Labor activity of the beginnings in 1995 the specialist of management of crediting of ASB Tomsk Reserve where worked till 1997.
  • From 1997 to 2005 worked in different business structures.
  • In 2005 it is elected the Head of Asinovsky district.
  • Since July 2, 2007 it is appointed the deputy governor of the Tomsk region on social policy.
  • Since April 23, 2009 the First Deputy Governor of the Tomsk region.
  • On October 10, 2010 it is selected by the deputy of the Duma of the city of Tomsk.
  • On October 18, 2010 it is elected the secretary of Regional political council of the Tomsk regional department of the United Russia Party.

Family

He is married, brings up two daughters.

Candidate for governors

On February 2, 2012 United Russia will propose to the Russian President Dmitry Medvedev three candidacies for governor of the Tomsk region. Their number included Sergey Ilinykh[1].

Also Sergey Zhvachkin and Pyotr Chubik became candidates for a post of the governor of the Tomsk region.

The political scientist Alexey Shcherbinin considers that all three candidates who will be provided to the president, - "successful managers and good politicians". According to him, for Sergey Zhvachkin his support by Igor Sechin, for Sergey Ilinykh - prospects can play. And the most answering line of development of the Tomsk region Shcherbinin considers by "The most equilibrium figure" Pyotr Chubik. "But I so represent that will solve in terms of preferences in the Kremlin. So will call that candidate which is most necessary to the Center", - the political scientist added.
