The direction, priority for us, traditionally is a HRM system "the Compass: Personnel management", its implementation and development. However, an impression is now made that all who wanted to be automated in this part were already automated. The market was very saturated. On the other hand, the Russian HRM system is often put even where as the ERP system there is the western system. In a number of banks the foreign banking system is used, but personnel work and business activities there after all are automated using Compass.

The bank direction uses at us special attention. But at the same time we do not forget also such industries as mechanical engineering and instrument making. Here our positions are traditionally strong because owing to the experience we can provide the minimum implementation time and consequently, project risks and the client's costs are minimized.

One more priority direction — the CRM system. It either is on sale separately, or is delivered as a part of ERP "Kompas". It is necessary to notice that standard CRM solutions of very few people arrange, and on their background our system is very attractive. The matter is that each company tries to enclose own know-how in customer relations, having constructed this work in own way. Therefore it is very important that it is possible to configure our CRM system easily and quickly even on such business processes about which we, developers, did not guess.

We pay considerable attention to workflow automation, financial planning and production management. But these directions are less priority.

According to the analytical agencies, the market grows and will grow in the nearest future. By the way, about 5 years ago I thought that to us from it the big advantage will not be because the western vendors will come and will drive us out of the market. I even began to consider other systems, being going to become the dealer of Microsoft or SAP. But when we began to watch their programs, to speak with programmers and implementers of the western solutions, to compare possibilities of systems, we understood that concerns are vain. Let SAP be more, but Compass is better focused on requirements of the Russian companies. When our project on replacement of SAP by Compass on Tulamashzavod became the winner of the award CNews Awards, I became a bigger optimist — in 8 months on Compass more business processes, than on SAP in 10 years were automated.
