2021: Injection of the 8th chip

At the end of May 2021, Ukrainian Pavel Klets  injected himself with the eighth chip. All chips are manufactured in the United States, the cost of one product is about $100.

When I went to a press briefing, where the eighth chip was injected, I was very worried that I would face a barrage of criticism that some fanatics would wait for me to attack me or something else. But the reaction was completely different,  I honestly did not even expect that everyone would treat this with understanding and interest.  The fact is that implants, electronic or not, have long existed in our lives: people put their teeth, repair bones, "Klets said in an interview with Strana.

With the help of implanted chips, Klets can start a car without using a key, pass through the turnstile in the metro, unlock the computer, open the safe door and pay through the terminal in stores.

According to Kletz, because of the small size of the chips, they do not cause him discomfort. If necessary, he can even take them out to go through the metal detector.

The chip itself is placed in a syringe with which injection takes place. To avoid problems in the future, Pavel Klets consulted with a familiar orthopaedic traumatologist before installing chips under the skin.

When I got a chip for payment, I went to this for a long time, I looked for options for a very long time, as it is possible in our country to do. What surprised me the most was the reaction of cashiers in supermarkets. They look, they say: "Ah, you have a chip, okay, payment with a chip," the Kiev man said.

He  is also engaged in techno-diving, parachuting, rope jumping and, together with friends, carries aircraft and railway cars - ropes are fixed under the skin. His wife, 30-year-old  Maria Gafitsa-Klets, does not have chips, but wears a magnet on his middle finger under her skin.
