Biography

"Economist-mathematician" graduated from the Russian state agricultural university of K.A. Timiryazev, has certificates of ACCA in the field of management of finance and management accounting.

Since 2006 - 2007. Specialist of credit department of "Moscow credit bank".

Since 2007 - 2012. The head of the planning and economic department of group in group "Walk about"

Since 2012 - 2017 the deputy finance director of JSC Kamov – design office of Helicopters of Russia holding, the Director of economics and finance of the different defense enterprises (JSC Scientific Research Institute of a Parashyutostroyeniye, JSC MZ Mayak).

Since 2016 - 2018 the head of economic management in Tekhnodinamika holding

Since October 25, 2017 headed the Center of the analysis and economy of the Complex of finance, investments and economy of JSC RTI.

On September 25, 2019 the Board of Directors of JSC RTI granted a request of the CEO Maxim Kuzyuk for abdication. Pavel Laptayev who was earlier holding the board member's position - the deputy CEO for finance, investments and economy of JSC RTI is appointed the CEO of JSC RTI.

The Board of Directors of JSC RTI thanked Maxim Kuzyuk for the done work, including for program implementation of restructuring of RTI group and preparation it to the next stage of development. Pavel Laptayev will continue work on increase in operational efficiency of RTI and implementation of plans of RTI in the field of development of strategic alliances in the industry.
