The Chairman of the Committee on strategy; Chairman of the board of directors "Severstal Dearborn" (Severstal Dearborn), USA; Vice chairman of the board of Lucchini, Italy; was born on January 30, 1972 in Cherepovets of the Vologda region.

Education

• Graduated from engineering economics department of the Moscow institute of management of S. Ordzhonikidze (since 1998 - the State university of management) as "manager" in 1994.
• Candidate of Economic Sciences
• In 1999 received degree of MVA at business school of the university Northumbria (Great Britain);

Career

• Since February, 1994 deputy chief of laboratory of economic researches
• 1994-1996 - head of department of strategic planning
• Since 1996 - the deputy CEO for strategic planning
• Since 1998 - the director of strategic planning of JSC Severstal;
• 2002-2004 - deputy CEO of Severstal-group for strategy and controlling; headed Boards of Directors of JSC Severstal Enamel, JSC Severstal Furniture, JV Severgal;
