Biography
In 1980 graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR.
From 1980 to 1986 – at diplomatic work in Embassy of the USSR in ChSSR.
From 1987 to 1993 – the third, second, first secretary of Embassy of the USSR, and then Russia in ChSFR.
From 1993 to 1997 – the head of department, the head of department, the associate director of Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
From 1997 to 1998 – the Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation.
From 1998 to 1999 – the Deputy Chief of the Russian President's Executive Office.
From 1999 to 2004 – the deputy manager of Administration of the President of the Russian Federation – the head of department of the President of the Russian Federation on foreign policy.
From 2004 to May, 2012 – the Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation.
From May, 2012 to May, 2013 – the First Deputy Chief of staff of the Government of the Russian Federation.
From May, 2013 to May, 2018 – the Deputy Prime Minister - the Chief of staff of the Government
On May 18, 2018 it is appointed the First Deputy Chief of staff of the Government of the Russian Federation.
