Biography

Dmitry Alekseyevich Sinitsyn was born in 1970 in Kaliningrad the Moscow Region. Graduated from Moscow State Forest University majoring in "Computers, complexes, systems and networks". "Systems engineer" has qualification.

• In telecom industry since 2001. There passed the way from the specialist to the head of department of support of products and services of COMSTAR Ltd.
• Since 2005 works in JSC COMCOR. Within several years developed the direction of marketing and implementation of new services of the company: held posts of the head of development department of services, the head of department of operational marketing, the director of the department of strategic marketing, the director of the department of operational marketing in business market, marketing directors, directors of the department of marketing and business development in business market.
• In March, 2019 it is appointed to the position of the director of technologies of JSC COMCOR. The main objectives which are set by the management of AKADO Telecom for Mr. Sinitsyn are connected with strategy implementation of technology development of the company, automation of key activities of AKADO Telecom (operation of network infrastructure, IT, DPC), implementation of new cloud services and technologies of information security.
