On November 5, 2019 ASK group announced that in the ASK-Navigation system the tool for status monitoring of buses online with a possibility of viewing contemporary records is implemented.

The module of control of buses from ASK — protection against accidents and excess costs

A system allows to collect and analyze quality data of buses and to select the most suitable by operation parameters that will allow to refuse use of low-quality buses completely. Also operating control helps to increase a hodimost of buses, monitoring overheating and in time reacting to changes of indications of pressure. Installation of the module of control allows to avoid emergencies, unforeseen costs and to exclude a human factor.

Certainly, technically feasible to measure pressure in buses and manually, without use of the automatic module of control. However it can be done only at a complete stop of the vehicle. What is not effective: problems with pressure and temperature arise, as a rule, on the run, but not during the parking, - representatives of ASK specified. - Besides, drivers not always follow the ordered regulations of check of buses.

Principle of operation of the module:

On buses of the career equipment pressure sensors and temperatures are installed. The received parameters are transferred to software "ASK-Navigation" where there is a processing and a binding of all data to the set vehicle unit. Further operating ranges of pressure and temperature of the bus are specified. When these indicators overstep the bounds of regulation, responsible persons receive about it the notification at once. Condition monitoring of buses is conducted online, developers emphasized.
