Launch of Softline ECM Enterprise Content Management System

A large provider of Softline solutions and services offers Russian customers a fully functional corporate content management system Softline ECM (SL.ECM). This was announced by Softline on July 13, 2022.

Softline ECM is a modular platform for managing the organization's unstructured content and automating document-oriented business processes. Application products created on the basis of Softline ECM allow you to solve such problems as reliable and secure storage of unstructured content, electronic document management, organization of documentation archives and digitization of paper documents, organization of collaboration on content, maintenance of corporate portals.

Softline began to work on creating its own ECM system as part of a strategy to expand its portfolio of solutions and services, designed to strengthen the company's position in the Russian product and custom development market. The core of Softline ECM is the InfoTurnover platform, which has proven itself in the Russian market since 2013. The system is based on the principles of open architecture using technologies of widely demanded open source software. Support for recognized industrial ECM standards facilitates migration from similar foreign systems.

The software is included in the Unified Register of Russian Computer and Database Programs. When developing Softline ECM, the requirements for information security and personal data protection are met in accordance with Russian law. The system is successfully tested by FSTEC and is compatible with Russian infrastructure and office software.

The platform was specially designed for large implementations. Softline ECM architecture allows simultaneous operation of more than 10 thousand users, storage and processing of more than 100 million documents. An elastic licensing policy will reduce implementation costs by eliminating licensing by connected users and balancing the load of consumed capacity.

The Softline software ecosystem includes a product development center, solution implementation teams, a 24/7 technical support line and numerous competence centers.
