Cloud Integration Agreement

2020: StormWall System Description

As of July 2020, the StormWall system provides filtering of all existing varieties of DDoS attacks at the network, transport and session levels, as well as at the application level for HTTP (s )/Websocket traffic).

The three-level Triple Filter filtering system is designed in such a way that illegitimate traffic from packet generators cannot even theoretically go through and affect the client server. Thanks to the BanHammer HTTP flood filtering system, bots during an attack are automatically detected and weeded out from the stream of real users without interfering with their work.

Points of presence in Russia, the USA and Europe provide minimal delay for customers from Russia, CIS, Europe, Asia and America, processing traffic closer to the client.

Characteristics of the StormWall network:

  • About More than 2 Tbit/s of bandwidth without a connection check (stateless) - processing IP packets at the ACL/FlowSpec level without checking a TCP connection (blocking TCP/UDP amplification);
  • More than 600 Gbps of bandwidth with stateful - each incoming TCP connection is processed and analyzed;
  • The added delay time during traffic proxying is from 0 to 100 ms. In the case of proxying HTTP traffic due to the use of persistent HTTP connections, as well as HyperCache caching, an increase in the speed of the protected service is possible;
  • The number of protected sites, IP, data centers and services is not limited.
