2020: Storytel Hub start

The service of audiobooks Storytel started the platform using which authors will be able independently to load the audioworks on Storytel and to gain income from their listening. It became known on July 16, 2020. Storytel Hub will allow literary process to become more democratic, reducing a distance between a debut and popularity for creators. The Storytel library will be regularly replenished with the freshest works by young and courageous authors.

The hub will attract the greatest interest of the young authors who wrote the first book and dreaming to publish it in audio; the podcasters using all opportunities for distribution of the programs; the lecturers who created professional lecture cycles on a subject of the examination; active independent writers; the readers reading independently works from the general access and also for all comers to become famous and find the shortest way to the listener, passing all traditional schemes.

Many requests from authors and creators of audiocontent regularly come to Storytel. We are glad that now we can provide chance to each keen and talented person to be heard and to gain income from the creativity. It on the one hand. On the other hand, we constantly aim at that our subscribers could listen to the most various content, for every taste. Mechanics of registration on service simple. The author creates the account, processes documents, loads content (the audiofile, the summary and a cover) and undergoes moderation after which his work becomes available to all students of Storytel library.

In Storytel Hub the ecosystem for each owner in which the analytics, reports and various mechanics of earnings is provided will be created: for involvement of the user and for listenings of his works on a number of hours.
