Together with IT- the company GMCS for January, 2021 implements three RPA- the project that allowed to reduce many times time which specialists are forced to spend for uniform work. On January 18, 2021 the UiPath company reported about it.

Robotization of process of approval of requests for payment became a pilot project. Earlier two specialists who spent not less than eight minutes for processing of each request which number during the peak periods exceeded 100 were engaged in it. Now its compliance to the set criteria checks the robot, and the specialist only controls his actions. As a result on each request less than three minutes leave, and only one specialist is engaged in it.

The robot created by GMCS on the basis of the UiPath RPA platform also allowed "EFKO" to take a flow of the entering orders under control. He checks success of import of each request to a 1C system and automatically sends the notification if the order is lost. Earlier this check had to be done manually.

The RPA solution implemented by GMCS automated verification process of new partners. Now it is only enough to employee to specify a TIN of the company, and the robot itself checks it according to all necessary databases. Time which is spent for this work managed to be reduced five times.
