Rostelecom provided a complex of digital services for the mobile pool in the Rostov region

Digital services of Rostelecom ensured productive functioning of the mobile pool. The company reported about it on November 30, 2020. The staff of the company organized optical connection to the place of pilot arrangement of an object in the village of Krivyanskaya of Oktyabrsky district of the Rostov region. In addition to the wire Internet and Wi-Fi the national provider provided to a mobile complex Mobile Doctor service with the tablet computer, mobile communication for personnel, video surveillance and service "Rostelecom Screens" which targets content depending on age and a sex of audience.

The connected services and digital trunking will increase quality of work of personnel of the mobile pool, will provide information exchange about the state of health of pupils with the centralized databases and will help children to acquire training materials better.

The project of the mobile pool is implemented by the social organization "Leader" with assistance of Federation of swimming of the Rostov region and the All-Russian federation of swimming. Its main mission – to provide equal conditions for occupations with water sports for all school students of the region.

Swimming – the vital skill and the most medaleemky sport. The pilot project 'A general compulsory education on swimming' thanks to which all pupils of initial classes learn to swim within the school program develops in the Rostov region since 2012. Certainly, it selects our region among all subjects of the Russian Federation. Seeing active work of Rostelecom on development of the Rostov region, we did not doubt that the company will support the project and will become our strategic partner, – Igor Gorin, the senior vice president Vserossiysky of federation of swimming, the president of Federation of swimming of the Rostov region commented.

The mobile pool is provided all necessary for full functioning as the sporting venue: in the territory of a complex there is shower, an office of the doctor and the equipment for condition monitoring of health of young swimmers. The Mobile General Compulsory Education project is optimal for steppe areas where reservoirs are not enough, and construction of the stationary pool is economically inexpedient (cost value of the mobile project 10 times lower).

The complex accurately shows how technologies improve our life. It is sure that the mobile pool will become the beginning of the next stage of life for thousands of children from remote districts of the area, and to someone, perhaps, and will save life thanks to ability to float. It is pleasant that our efforts on development of infrastructure of the region find reflection in such initiatives. Optical connection of an object on the selected location became possible thanks to a large-scale investment program of Rostelecom on construction of communication networks in 2020, – Sergey Mordasov, the director of the Rostov branch PJSC Rostelecom told.

In the village of Krivyanskaya the pool worked from August to November. During the test period with its help to swimming 478 children were trained. For the end of November, 2020 the pool is on a wintering in a garage, and in April will be moved to Neklinovsky district of the Rostov region. In 5 years organizers of the project intend to train more than three thousand children. After successful approbation mobile pools are going to put in serial production for use and in other regions of the country.
